I don't know how to describe my services

Scripts, procedures and a knowledge base that your staff and your bot both read

We put everything clients ask, and everything your team should answer, into one document. A new front desk hire reads it on day one, and the AI bot reads it every time it replies.

If the answers live in the owner's head, the business can't grow

Every front desk person answers in their own way, a new hire spends weeks asking the obvious, and prices and terms don't match from place to place. A knowledge base fixes this once. And it's a must before an AI receptionist: the bot answers only as well as its knowledge base.

Before a bot launch

What does the bot need to know about my services?

We build a knowledge base from your conversations, prices and terms.

When the team grows

How do I get a new front desk hire up to speed fast?

Procedures, scripts and onboarding for the first week.

When everyone answers differently

Why do clients hear different prices?

One price list, one set of terms and answers to objections.

What we do

  • FAQ from real conversationsWe pick the questions clients ask most and write the best answers to them.
  • Reply scriptsThe first message, the reply to “too expensive”, booking, rescheduling, cancellation.
  • Front desk proceduresReply times, how to handle an inquiry, what to do in tricky cases.
  • Prices and termsOne version of prices and rules that everyone sees.
  • OnboardingWhat a new hire reads and does in their first week.
  • A knowledge base for the botThe same document in a format the AI receptionist understands.

How we launch

  1. Collecting

Conversations, price list, your answers to common questions, a short interview.

  2. Draft

We write the knowledge base and scripts and send them to you for edits.

  3. Testing

We test it on real client questions, including through the bot.

  4. Handover

The document goes to your team with a short explanation of how to use and update it.

Timelines

The knowledge base is ready a few days after we get your conversations and price list. You can hand it to your team right away or connect it to the bot.

The first published case for this service will appear here. We don't make up numbers.

Content and knowledge base

Take it on its own or in the “System” package with other services. The exact quote comes after a short call. The demo before payment is free.

Questions

Why do I need this if I'm getting a bot?

The bot needs the same knowledge base. Without it the bot gives vague answers or gets prices wrong.

What format do you deliver it in?

A Google Doc or Notion, whichever your team prefers. Plus a version for the bot.

Who updates it later?

You do, with the simple rules we leave you. Or we do, as part of support.

Not sure where to start

Send us your price list and a couple of conversations and we'll show you what the knowledge base will look like.
