Privacy policy
Version of 7 November 2026.
In short
The idk website only collects what you type into the request form yourself: your question and a contact for the reply. Nothing else, no sign-up and no advertising cookies.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Darya Miselkina, head of idk agency (heyidk.com). Contact for any data question: [email protected].
What and why
The form has two fields: your question and your Telegram, WhatsApp or phone. We use them for one thing only - to reply and discuss your request. We don't send newsletters to them and don't pass them to other companies.
Where it's kept
The site doesn't store your request. It goes straight to the idk team's work chat in Telegram as a message and stays there, with the people who reply to you. Telegram is a third-party service with its own storage rules.
Consent
When you send the form, you tick the box agreeing that we may use this data to answer your question. You can withdraw consent at any time - message us and we'll delete the request and the conversation on our side.
If you message us directly
The Telegram and WhatsApp buttons under the form open a chat with us. You send the text yourself, the conversation follows the messenger's rules, and we only use it to reply and will delete it on request.
Technical data
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare sees technical request data (IP address, browser type) to protect against attacks and deliver pages. This data isn't passed to us in a form that identifies a person.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and only shows totals (how many people visited, which pages, from which sites), nothing that identifies a person. If we add other analytics, we'll describe it here, and why, before it goes live.
Questions
For any question about data, email [email protected] or message us on Telegram @guru_reply.
